Colorful Streams of Light Over Central Europe…

I meant to post this last week, but we all get a little busy right? These cool columns have been seen all over Europe in the past few weeks, this picture is specifically from a small town in Latvia. The air above the town was cold and filled with suspended ice crystals and according to Daily Mail, it’s believed that the columns were formed by those reflecting light from the streetlamps and other lights on the ground, then beaming it back down. Still a pretty awesome sight to see.
